We know you may have a few questions about our new name, so we’ve put together some FAQs. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Why are you changing your name?

Simply put, we’ve outgrown being called the “Website Package.” We’ve come a long way since we started up originally. Our team used to just build websites but we now offer a range of services to help you get found online. By changing our name, we’ve opened up possibilities for more services and features further down the line. 

Are you still part of Expert Trades? 

Yes, we’re proud to be a part of Expert Trades.

Will my website change?

Not right now, no. However, we do have some very exciting things in the pipeline so keep an eye out for new features and services we introduce that you may want to take advantage of. 

You’ll still receive leads in the same way and you’ll still be able to collect reviews on your website through Verified.

Will I still have the same account manager?

Yes, the team hasn’t changed so you can still get in touch with your main point of contact, whether that’s me or whoever built your website. We’ll still have access to our old emails, the only difference will be that we’ll reply from our new email addresses. 

Does this change the way I access my website?

Yes, we’re glad you’ve asked. To access the dashboard where you can edit your website, please go to: app.builtfortrades.co.uk

The same email address and password that you used previously will work. However, if you’re not sure what your password is, please use the “Forgot your password?” link.
