Frequently Asked Questions

  • If I decide to update the plans in the future, can this be updated?

    Changes to the plans, including changes on the web page and terms and conditions, are included in the monthly web support. However, please note that changes to the leaflet will incur a £30 design fee plus print and delivery costs.

  • Can the T&C’s be updated?

    Yes, absolutely. These changes will come at no extra cost and be included in the monthly subscription you pay for your website.

  • If update the plans in the future, do the leaflets also get updated?

    While we are happy to update the leaflets, please note that any changes will incur a £30 design fee plus print and delivery costs.

  • How many plans can I have?

    While most heating engineers decide to offer 3 different plans, you have the option of offering anywhere between 1 and 4 plans. We have found that offering any more than 4 plans can be confusing and provide too much for your customers to choose from.

  • Do you give any advice on prices?

    While we can’t give you direct advice on prices, we can provide you with multiple examples of other Service Plans to help you get an idea of what other heating engineers charge.

  • Can you offer plans suited for commercial clients?

    Unfortunately, the Boiler Service Plans Package we offer is ideally suited for domestic customers rather than commercial clients. We have spent a lot of time and money creating the T&Cs template for these Service Plans. Sadly, we wouldn’t be able to tailor these T&Cs to suit commercial clients and still be able to offer an affordable package to our engineers.
