  • How does the process work?

    Once you’ve purchased the logo design deal, we’ll get in touch with you at the earliest possible convenience.

    We will send across a quick form for you to fill out so we can get a clear understanding of what you’d like to see in your new logo (if you have any preferences).

    Once that’s been filled out, our designer will create a number of concepts for your new logo. From there, we will go through all of your feedback until we have a logo you love.

  • Will I get a range of file types to use?

    Yes, once you’re 100% happy with the logo design we’ll send you all of the files you’ll need. You can use these for anything from business cards to van signage.

  • Can I see what the logo would look like on branded workwear or a mock up van?

    Yes, we’re more than happy to provide you with mockups so you can have a better idea of what it would look like on a polo shirt or the side of a van. Just ask the team if you’d like us to provide you with this.

  • Do you have a version of the logo I can use on social media?

    Yes absolutely. Once you’ve decided on the logo design, we’ll provide you with a version that’s perfectly sized for a Facebook profile picture and cover photo.

  • What if I don't know what I want?

    If you don’t have a preference of colours used or logo style, that’s absolutely fine! Our designer will create a few ideas to get the ball rolling and you can tell us what you like and don’t like.

  • What if I misplace my files?

    Not to worry, we create a backup of all finalised logos so we can provide them to you in future.
